Hello,
We bought a used E-ride and I am getting a red triangle with
an exclamation point light showing on the dash. The batteries won’t take
a charge.
What is this alarm? I don’t have a manual for the
machine.
Also, do you have any techs in Oklahoma that can do a
service call on this unit?

The red triangle on the dash comes on whenever the state of charge reaches 0%. Currently owner's manuals can be found here. All technical documentation is found here where you can also upload any questions you may have about vehicle repairs. We do not have any e-ride specific technicians in that area. Typically, we do work with any local forklift or golf cart repair companies.
